What does the recruitment process look like?
Once you have submitted an application, the Talent team will review your details and if you match what we are looking for, you'll be invited to the first stage of our process.
As part of our process, we may hold an informal phone call to gain a better understanding of your skills and experience before introducing your profile to the hiring team.
Most of our interview journeys are streamlined into 3 formal stages consisting of:
- 1st stage: Skills and behaviours interview.
- 2nd stage: Technical test or task-based interview.
- 3rd stage: Final interview with a senior leader.
Placement and Intern interview processes are generally shorter and involve a technical interview with a pre-prepared task, followed by a short cultural fit final stage.
Occasionally, at the application stage, we may ask you to complete a short piece to video to introduce yourself so we can get to know you.
Prepare the questions you’d like to ask us. Remember, interviews are a two-way street and provide you with the opportunity to determine if Crux and the role are the right fit for you.
After completing the interview process, we will contact you by phone to discuss the outcome of your application.

What does the onboarding process look like?
As you near your start with Crux, you will get an invitation to your Onboarding Dashboard, where you will receive further information to get you ready for your first day, including arrival logistics and schedule.
Your first day will include a few induction sessions, meeting your team and getting to know your new workplace.
